E-book terms

Your purchase

The Dutch Companion A1-A2 costs €19.95 in total. It is a one-time purchase of an 87-page PDF for your personal use. No printed book, audio, lessons or exercise-platform access is included. It is an explanation and reference book, not a complete course or an exam guarantee. There is no subscription.

Delivery and use

After successful payment verification, we email a confirmation and personal download-page link to the email address you provide. You start the download yourself. Save the file and your email. If anything goes wrong, contact us and we will help you obtain your purchased file.

You need an internet connection for the download and a PDF reader. A computer or tablet is recommended. Use a reader that supports PDF forms to type and save notes. This is a fixed-layout PDF, not an EPUB. Future editions are not included.

You may keep copies on your own devices and print a copy for your own use. Do not share your personal link, distribute the file, resell it or use it commercially without written permission.

Withdrawal and problems with your file

You normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without a reason. To withdraw, email hello@dutchcoachingstudio.com with your name and order reference. You may use the wording: “I withdraw from my purchase of The Dutch Companion, ordered on [date], order reference [reference], name [name].”

At checkout, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends when you start downloading. We confirm that choice in your purchase email before making the download available. Your rights if the content is faulty or not as described remain unaffected. Please contact us if the file does not work as promised.

Coaching packages

A separate e-book purchase does not book coaching. Your coaching package with The Dutch Coaching Studio includes your study materials, including The Dutch Companion. You do not need to buy the book separately. Any credit towards coaching must be agreed separately.
